Re: Printer Setup (solved?)
Hi Leo- Well, I tried the command line entries you suggested and it looked like it ran the script ok. However, I don't see a printer folder in Control Center. When I issued the mtink command, it opens a box "Epson Utilities V 1.0.16" There is one port choice: /dev/lp0 If I select that, it ...

Re: Installing Commodore OS Vision
I would also recommend you disable Secure Boot in your BIOS. Especially since you already have Windows installed. I was able to create a dual boot where I can choose Linux COS or Win-11 at startup. If I don't make a choice, it will default to opening Commodore OS Linux. in the list, you have to arro...

Re: DVD Movie Playback issues
I did follow the codec installer and agreed to it and I still am unable to play DVD movies. The same computer has a dual boot with win-11 and DVD's play fine in windows but not Linux. I don't understand why loading the "restricted codecs" did not allow VLC player to play a simple DVD movie.

Re: Printer Setup (solved)

I was able to open Libra office and it found my printer and printed a page but I would love to know how to add or find a printers folder where I can do more things like check my ink levels and hav...

Re: No WIFI issues
Just an update on Wifi- After doing a fresh installation of Commodore OS-2 There was an (X) in the upper right corner of my monitor. After clicking on the (X), it had a list of available Wifi connections and even found that if I plugged in my Edimax USB Wifi adapter, it found it right off without an...
