You need to copy the ROMs and disk images manually. Once AF9 is installed on Windows copy the Amiga ROMs to the appropriate place in COS ROMs folder as per the instructions. I reverse engineered the msi and inferred file names by position. So it can't work on v9 unless it was packaged absolutely identically which is unlikely.
