Dock Icon Issues

Post by LeoNigro »

Is your Commodore icon graphic missing or gone?
It's too easy to drag it away or delete it or move it.

To create an icon you right click on a vacant space in the dock and select
Cairo-Dock --> Add
This will take you to a screen where you can edit the details and position of the icon.
You can also edit, move and remove icons directly from the dock.
Note: your commodore dock could have shifted to another location on the dock so be on the lookout so you can shift it back.

The details for the C= logo are as follows, but you might want to translate that into your own language.

Launchers name: Browse classic Commodore software.
Image's name or path: /usr/share/themes/CommodoreOS/tweaks/menu/CommodoreDockIcon.png
Command to Launch on Click: /usr/share/commodoreos/scripts/launch_dock_commodore

Please note: This dock app is incredibly buggy. Use at own risk.
If you stray off these instructions and change other things, you are in danger of creating a bug that can't be fixed.
I have learned this the hard way. So many of the additional features are broken. It's a crap-shoot.
