Hi all,
New to OS Vision 3 and trying to set up my new C64 Ultimate.
When I click on SYSTEM --> Commodore OS --> Commodore OS Settings I just get a blank terminal that won't accept any commands. I can't even get help or anything to come up. If i right click I get a menu that lets me exit.
ANy help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

That's weird.
Try again after an update from the same menu.

Hi Leo,
When I go to the update screen I get the same thing. It goes to a blank CRT (Cool Retro Term) screen and no matter what I type it does nothing.
Any ideas?

Probably should also point out that the version in About is version 3.0 Beta 6 build 41

Hi c0untzer09
Ah, yes....I'm in the test phase of the update from Beta 6 to the release version. It's a few things here and there, but it all adds up.
The site's been getting hit really hard this month so due to bandwidth constraints this will likely release around the 7th of May.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
You appear to be up to date with the current MCP build, and its not failing for me and on the other machines I try.
Hmmmm.... In the cool-retro-term you can use a mouse right click to get to settings to investigate.
Maybe your screen is smaller or unusual in some way, and it got frazzled?
Depending on the monitor it may require the font to be enlarged or shrunken via Zoom in or Zoom out.
Note that hitting RETURN without an entry quits the app (which probably wasn't the best idea

).
So you have to make a selection before hitting RETURN.
To execute the same things in a regular terminal (like from the dock) type in the following command when you are online.
You can also load the settings manager without the retro terminal like so:
Let me know if you get retro term working.
There's an outside chance it is the hardware. The Ultimate/Ultra is the only hardware option I don't have.... Doah!!
