Unable to mount 251 GB apfs hdd

Hello This is my first post so be kind 
Commodore Os Vision booting from Usb drive with no problem but Unable to mount internal hdd
I'm using Macbook Air
I'm guessing that apfs drivers need to be installed
Can someone help me with that?
