GParted seems to be installed on v3.0.
Menu item => Applications => System Tools => GParted Partition Editor

I ran it and it seemed functional, I did not change any partitions.
Seems to be there. Let us know if that helped.

Thank you for posting this! I had the same issue and loading the ROMs solved it. I disabled the joysticks using the keyboard in the settings menu, so I could type the LOAD command.
