how do i disable startup sounds [resolved]

I'm new to commodore os and im loving every part of it, except for the fact that when i boot up the os, it starts playing music instead of the startup jingle, and im not sure how to disable this so i can just have a jingle, I've checked settings but im still not sure.

You can turn the startup sound or even all the sounds off entirely in the in the Settings Manager.
If the option isn't there you may have to do an online update.

well i deleted all the startup music from the commodore os startup jingle list, and that has stopped the music from playing.

But the jingles are not playing despite the fact they're still there, more so, i searched up the location of these files and they do not exist on this pc.

nevermind i just had to put 'show hidden files' on in file manager
